The Night Nothing Changed and Everything Did
This day last year, I played the biggest concert of my life, little old me in the National Concert Hall. A sold out gig. Even now, that sentence feels as though it could almost belong to somebody else… like somebody with a ‘proper team’, someone with a manager who has a clipboard, a promoter who is running ads on radio, a little army of people organising interviews on tv, having me playing on the radio, someone in charge of everyone and everything, and a boss person telling everyone what to do when.
